WEAPONS WILL NOT BE SOLD TO MINORS.  All weapons are for demonstration or decorative purposes only. If used for demonstration, expert care and supervision should be exercised.

  Most items are shipped via United Parcel Service.  In seldom case, we use other couriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of a particular item or package.

 

  RETURNS

  New Hope Martial Arts Supply Company tries to please every customer.  In the event there is a problem with your order, please call us regarding return merchandise during our business hours.

  Merchandise that has been used or damaged after purchase is not refundable.  Audio tapes and compact discs, VHS and DVDs are non-refundable once packaging is open.  VHS tapes and DVDs will be exchanged for same item if determined to have manufacturing defect.Books are not refundable.
